SPR partners Daniel Riesel and Mark Chertok have been mainstays at the Annual American Bar Association\American Law Institute course on Environmental Litigation for several years. This three and half day course chaired by Dan Riesel is held in Boulder Colorado in late June and provides practical and comprehensive instruction on Environmental Litigation, ranging from trying an Administrative Law case to a large multi-party Superfund litigation.
