Dan graduated from New York University School of Law in 1996. His practice at SPR
includes a wide variety of environmental litigation before local, state, and federal
courts and administrative bodies, and includes both civil and criminal matters.
He also works with governmental agencies to obtain environmental permits, counsels
clients during the preparation of environmental impact statements, and helps clients
to ensure compliance with applicable regulations by, among other things, overseeing
audits of hazardous waste, water, air, and chemical and petroleum storage programs.

Jennifer Coghlan recently graduated from the New York University School of Law.
While there, she took several courses in environmental and land use law and served
as co-Editor-in-Chief of the New York University Environmental Law Journal. She
interned for the Natural Resources Defense Council through the NYU Environmental
Law Clinic and spent a summer working with Environmental Defense. In addition, before
entering law school, Jennifer worked at Booz-Allen & Hamilton as an Information
