Bridget M. Lee, Associate
Bridget graduated from the New York University School of Law in 2006 and has concentrated her practice on environmental law, land use issues, and litigation. Her experience includes brownfield redevelopment, environmental impact reviews, and litigation for the recovery of cleanup costs for hazardous waste and petroleum contamination.

She has worked on the environmental aspects of various land use approvals, including conservation easements, comprehensive plans, wetlands, variances and special permits, and compliance with New York City (E) Designations. She has experience with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA, or Superfund), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), and the New York State Navigation Law.

While in law school, Bridget served as Articles Editor of the New York University Environmental Law Journal, participated in the Environmental Law Clinic at the Natural Resources Defense Council, interned with the Hudson Riverkeeper, and worked at SPR.
