SPR represents the Hudson Yards Development Corp. with respect to the environmental review of the proposal by the Related Companies to develop residential and commercial buildings and significant public open space over the western portion of the John D. Caemmerer West Side Storage Yard, used by Long Island Rail Yard. SPR’s representation to date includes advising HYDC and the City with respect to the appropriate contents of the Environmental Impact Statement for the project.
